Air-Conditioning Tune-Up

Full A/C Tune-Up Checklist:

• Clean outdoor condenser coils

              with special microchannel cleaner

• Remove all debris from the unit
• Check all wiring and connections
• Check for proper capacitor charge 
• Check for proper refrigerant pressures 
• Inspect and clean relays and contactors
• Check and repair refrigerant line insulation
• Check ductwork and dampers for proper airflow
• Check liquid and vapor line temperatures
• Measure dry and wet bulb  temperatures
• Flush out indoor coil condensate drains
• Check blower amp draw for efficiency 
• Check outdoor fan motor and blades
• Check condensate safety devices
• Check thermostat and contacts 
• Replace indoor blower air filter*
• Check indoor blower assembly
