Full A/C Maintenance Checklist
- Clean A/C outdoor condenser coils
with special microchannel cleaner
- Remove all debris from inside unit
- Check and secure all electrical wirings connections
- Check for proper capacitor charge
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Inspect relays and contactors
- Check for ripped/missing refrigerant line insulation
- Check and adjust ductwork and dampers for proper airflow
- Check A/C system liquid and vapor line temperatures
- Flush out indoor coil condensate drains and check overflow safeties
- Check indoor blower amp draw
- Check outdoor fan motor amps and blades
- Check thermostat batteries and/or contacts
- Replace indoor blower air filter* MERV 8 for 1" filters, fee for 4" filters
